What a cremation with a ceremony involves
This option gives family and friends an attended service before the cremation. The ceremony can be religious, non-religious or a celebration of life centred on the person’s story, values and relationships.
Serenity coordinates the care of the deceased, coffin, documentation, ceremony planning, venue and crematorium arrangements. We also help organise the order of service, music, readings, celebrant or clergy and other agreed personal elements.
The ceremony may take place at our funeral home, a crematorium chapel or another suitable confirmed venue. The written arrangement sets out the venue, timing, inclusions and any third-party costs before the family authorises it.
