1. Who we are
Grupo Soluciones Andalucía SL, trading as Serenity Funeral Services, is responsible for the personal data submitted through this website. CIF: B56504764. Registered address: Polígono San Antonio 1, Avenida de las Américas, 29130 Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga.
2. Data we collect
Enquiry forms collect contact details and the message you provide. Funeral plan applications collect identity, date of birth, nationality, address, contact details, next-of-kin or representative details, the selected plan, payment-schedule preference, funeral wishes, declarations and the name typed to confirm the application. The final contractual signature is completed securely through PandaDoc. We do not ask for card numbers or bank-account credentials on this website.
3. Why we use it
We use the information to answer enquiries, prepare and administer a requested funeral plan, verify an application, communicate about services and meet legal or contractual obligations. Optional marketing is used only where you choose it.
4. Advertising attribution
Where permitted by your cookie choice, the site may retain campaign parameters such as UTM values, GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID so Serenity can understand which advertising led to an enquiry or application.
5. Sharing and processors
Information may be handled by authorised Serenity staff and service providers used for secure hosting, email, CRM, payment, document or professional services. Payment details are entered on the authorised provider’s secure page, not this website.
6. Retention and security
Serenity retains enquiry records only for as long as necessary to respond, provide the requested service and maintain appropriate business records. Contractual, transaction, tax, legal and funeral-plan records are retained for the periods required by applicable law, limitation periods and professional obligations. Access is restricted and proportionate technical and organisational security measures are used.
7. Your rights
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by emailing info@serenityfuneralservices.eu. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
