What a cremation with private viewing involves

This option is for families who want to see the person and spend private time with them before cremation, without necessarily arranging a formal public ceremony.

Once release is authorised, Serenity brings the person into our care, completes the appropriate preparation and presentation, agrees a private appointment with the family and then coordinates the cremation and return of the ashes.

Serenity confirms the appropriate setting before the appointment. Depending on the circumstances, this may be a private family goodbye or an external viewing facility. Our premises are not a public tanatorio or walk-in viewing centre.
