- Confirm whether transfer, mortuary care, coffin, cremation or burial fees and basic documents are included.
- Ask whether viewing, ceremony venue, celebrant, flowers, notices, additional transport or weekend timing are optional extras.
- For burial, clarify cemetery plot or concession costs and whether the family already has rights in a plot.
